This past week, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK and Saïd Business School hosted a conversation with a distinguished panel of Black business leaders from across the UK, representing diverse sectors and organisations. I facilitated the half-day conversation, inviting participants to reflect on challenges faced by Black entrepreneurs and how best to support them in their growth ambitions.
Findings are being analysed now, and we aim to implement our learnings in the 10,000 Small Businesses UK programme moving forward. A huge thank you to our panellists for their time and dedication!
